My previous exercise regime had disintegrated after the pandemic when I returned to an extremely busy work schedule whilst still getting over the effects of Long Covid and there was no way I was going to pull myself out of the slump I was in without help. Starting to train with Ryan was the best decision I ever made. In the space of three months I have gone from not being able to do a single squat without ending up on my backside to doing repeated sets with 30 kilos on my shoulders! Every week there’s tangible improvement and I absolutely love my sessions, because Ryan will always push me just far enough beyond what I think I’m capable of, which is exactly what you need in order to improve. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!”
